Ceramic Care

These ceramic pieces are one-of-a-kind.  Each item is hand-crafted and will vary slightly in color, design and size.

With handmade, ceramic pieces you may find slight imperfections and marks caused by the handmade process, as well as variations in the glaze.  Pieces may change in color and patina with age, especially white stoneware and glaze.  These contribute to the character, beauty and uniqueness that form the individual piece.  

All the ceramics are microwave, dishwasher and food safe, but hand washing is recommended.

Shipping Domestic

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail with insurance.

For ready-made items, I try to ship items out the same week they are ordered, but in general please allow 2 weeks for shipping in case extra time is required for processing.  If there may be an extended delay due to travel, work or other unforeseen obligations, I will contact you when you place your order.  And if you have an urgent order, please contact me for expedited shipping options.

Prints are printed to order and take up to 2 weeks for shipping.

The Oakenham Cameos are made-to-order and take 4-6 weeks to create.

Shipping International

International shipping is on a case by case basis.  To inquire about shipping outside of the United States, please contact: info@oakleanyc.com.

Returns

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or refunds.  Please email prior to your order if you have any questions.  If an item is damaged in shipping, please send documentation and photos so that I can refund your order and submit an insurance claim.
